By collaborating cooperatively, schools can offer rich cultural and educational programs for students. The CVES BOCES Arts in Education service provides comprehensive support to assist districts with planning, scheduling, booking, and evaluating a full range of arts-related consultant services, including performances, workshops, residencies, and class field trips. This service offers a cost-effective way for school districts to bring diverse arts programs to their students.

The Arts in Education coordinator works closely with districts, artists, and arts organizations to deliver high-quality arts programming and facilitate the infusion of the New York State Learning Standards for the Arts into educational programs. Areas covered include dance, drama, literature, music, media arts, and visual arts.

Participating districts receive access to a comprehensive directory of artists and arts opportunities, available online at https://aie.educloud.org/. Additionally, the coordinator manages a listserv to facilitate ongoing communication and coordination of services.

• Ticket Request Form: For performing arts events, museum visits, and educational enrichment programs requiring tickets
• Performance Request Form: For scheduling visiting performers, authors, or workshops

Please note: Both sides of each form must be completed for processing. Performance request forms should be submitted at least 60 days before the scheduled event. Ticket request forms should be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
