AT includes things that help you walk, move, talk, see, hear, play, learn, and use a computer or telephone, such as wheelchairs, walkers, devices that talk, TTY, magnifiers and hearing aids. In the area of education, AT includes devices and programs that assist students academically. Such programs include, but are not limited to, electronic textbooks, word prediction, text to speech, and speech to text programs.
