School Public Relations – CoSer 610
The School Public Relations Co-Ser provides the following services to component districts:
The Communications Department provides the following services to component districts:
- creating and updating Websites
- social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- video productions
- live streaming events (graduation, concerts, etc.)
- writing and editing newsletters
- photographing or video recording school events
- creating informational or promotional documents
- media relations
- crisis communication
- community/taxpayer information
- training faculty & staff to create/update websites and photograph events
The Communications Department is available to shoot and edit video productions using state-of-the-art equipment.
Co-Ser 610 is billed hourly – as used; there is no fee for joining the Co-Ser and all costs associated with these services are fully aidable.

- Full Development with WordPress-based sites
- Schools can update their site, or we can do it for you
- We can create your content, including photos/video and text
- Calendar & job openings functions
- Emergency message pop-ups
- We will host your site
Managing social media
- X (Twitter)
- Google search management (what do people see when they Google your school?)
- Creating content/managing security
Video Production: Writing/Shooting/Editing/Live Streaming
All costs associated with Co-Ser 610 are fully aidable.
Component districts can participate in Co-Ser 610 up to a maximum of 0.6 FTE, or 3 days per week.
