Regular education teachers, employed by CVES, are shared between two or more districts.

The service can be provided for one content area when there is at least one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position among the participating districts.

No single district may use more than six-tenths full-time equivalent (0.6 FTE).

When 1.0 FTE is assigned to two or more districts, then additional CVES staff can be assigned in that content area to an additional district up to 0.6 FTE.
