Description: This three-day workshop is designed to equip classroom teachers and teaching assistants with effective preventive and de-escalation strategies for managing students exhibiting behaviors. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of trauma and its impact on student behavior and learning, with a strong emphasis on proactive and calming techniques. Attendance at all sessions is required.
