Description: Beginning in September 2024, New York State expects all teachers to incorporate Computer Science & Digital Fluency Standards into their instruction. You may not be aware of how many you already teach! This workshop will begin with an overview of the standards. Participants will identify where they are already integrating the standards and gain ideas for meeting curricular gaps. Time will be provided to collaborate with other grade-level or subject-area teachers from across the region. If you are successfully integrating standards, we welcome your input! If you are wondering what the standards are, we welcome your questions. Participants will leave with examples of CSDF standards implementation at their grade level.
Special Considerations: Please bring a laptop.
