Description: The Math Learning Community is a time for math leaders of the schools in our region to come together to dive into current trends in mathematics education, share best practices, explore effective strategies for instructing mathematics. This will include opportunities to exchange classroom approaches, discuss challenges, and collaborate on ideas/resources to enhance student engagement and achievement. In addition, we will set priorities for future mathematics learning opportunities. The goal of this group is to bring together educators with a focus on mathematics instruction in grades K-12 two times per year for these sessions. NOTE: This is the second meeting of the 2026-2027 school year, new participants are encouraged to join.
Intended For: K-12 Teacher leaders and administrators for each school who have a focus or passion for mathematics instruction.
