Description: This advanced professional development program is meticulously designed for educators committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment through the implementation of restorative practices. Specifically tailored for 6th grade-12th grade educators, this training emphasizes the transformative technique of “Circling Up.” Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills to create a classroom culture that prioritizes relationship-building, empathy, and collaborative conflict resolution.
Target Audience: Teachers, School Counselors, Teaching Assistants, any school staff working with Grades 6-12
Please note: Participants should bring laptops and wear comfortable clothing. Also, bring any stories or strategies to share with the group. There will be time provided to apply workshop information to activities.
