Description: Join us for a collaborative workshop designed specifically for K-12 educators passionate about enhancing their English Language Arts (ELA) instruction. The ELA Learning Community Workshop provides a platform for teachers to share best practices, explore innovative teaching strategies, and deepen their understanding of ELA pedagogy. During this workshop, participants will:
- Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange ideas and resources.
- Explore effective techniques for teaching reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Engage in discussions to promote student-centered learning.
- Share tools and technologies to enhance ELA instruction.
- Reflect on current practices and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Review the latest New York State Education Department (NYSED) initiatives, related to ELA instruction
