Description: This training is designed for school resource officers and youth safety advocates. Circles can help law enforcement build stronger connections with students, fostering trust and understanding, which are essential for effectively performing their duties. Attendees will dive into the value of Circle, its effectiveness in strengthening connections, and its role in nurturing empathy and compassion, significantly transforming the educational environment. The unique Circles brand will be demonstrated, along with the steps that truly make these Circles different from others across the education system. Sweethearts and Heroes will provide all the materials needed to run Circles with students and colleagues, including Activators and Connection Questions.
