Description: This hands-on workshop introduces office staff to Canva, a free and user-friendly design tool that empowers anyone to create professional-looking graphics with ease. Whether you’re designing flyers, creating social media posts, or organizing internal communications, Canva can help you do it beautifully and efficiently.
Participants will learn how to:
- Navigate Canva’s interface and explore its features
- Use templates to quickly create flyers, newsletters, and announcements
- Customize designs with school branding (colors, logos, fonts)
- Collaborate with colleagues using Canva’s sharing tools
- Download and print designs or share them digitally
No design experience needed—just bring your creativity and a willingness to explore! By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a completed project and the confidence to use Canva in your daily work.
Intended For: School office staff and non-instructional personnel looking to enhance their visual communication skills.
