Elementary Academic Material for Special Education

Moby Max (To sign in as a student enter school code: NY7253 then regular log in information- K-8)

Moby Max hosts a rich array of independent practice of skills in many academic areas. If it is the students first time logging in, they will need to complete the automatically assigned assessment. They can complete activities in any of the academic areas available to them.

 

IXL (students use their regular log in information to sign in- PreK-12)

Practice of Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies skills for students at all levels. Students must choose practice at their independent learning level.

 

Typing.com (can create a free account- all grades)

All students benefit from regular keyboarding practice and should practice keyboarding skills daily.

 

The Word Up Project (K-8)

This free-to-access project the focuses on increasing student vocabulary to help them be more successful. A list of words per grade level, assessments, and extension activities are available.
