Retiree Waiver Notice to all Resident Taxpayers Under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of Commissioner’s Regulations:

This notice is to advise you that Mrs. Cynthia Ford-Johnston has been approved for employment as the ADK P-TECH Interim Principal pursuant to the law and regulations noted above.  Her compensation will be $450 per day for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year.  She will receive no additional benefits.

This notice is to advise you that Mr. Shawn Ryan has been approved for employment as the Temporary Security and Law Enforcement Teacher pursuant to the law and regulations noted above. His compensation will be $44,395.00 for the 2018-19 school year. He will receive no additional benefits.
