Description: This interactive session brings non-instructional leaders together to share strategies, experiences, and resources for effective people management and positive workplace culture. Participants will collaboratively explore labor relations basics—such as counseling conversations, documentation, union considerations, and managing attendance, conflict, and accountability—while learning from one another’s real-world practices. The session also provides space to exchange ideas on using district benefits and resources to support a diverse, multi-generational workforce. Leaders will examine communication practices and explore opportunities to strengthen team culture through shared values and professionalism.
