WAF Graduates the Career Pathways Class of 2018

Students from the William A. Fritz Special Education Center attended the Class of 2018 Career Pathways Graduation Friday. The students were assembled in the caps and gowns of their home districts, with their friends and family in attendance.

The graduates received their certificates from the Champlain Valley Education Services Special Education program as well as their home district diploma.

Several students were also honored for completing or participating in one of the following CV-TEC programs: Animal Sciences (Large Animal ProductionVeterinary Assistant), Pre-CTE Automotive Services, Environmental Conservation and Forestry, and Pre-CTE Food Services.

CV-TEC’s Security and Law Enforcement program preformed the Color Ceremony while graduate Dylan Madison lead the attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Graduate Abbie Defayette was the commencement speaker of the graduating class.

The morning concluded with a celebratory luncheon at The Butcher Block with the graduates, their families, and staff from William A. Fritz Special Education Center.
