Starting Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000
Anticipated Start Date: May 2025
Position Information: Director of Facilities is responsible for maintenance, improvement, and upkeep of CVES owned facilities on 3 campuses and supporting the facility needs of various leased spaces. CVES campuses total approximately 250,000 square feet and we are planning on opening a new CTE center and accessory building totaling 165,000 square feet in July 2026. The Director leads an operation and maintenance team that includes a Senior Building Maintenance Worker, HVAC Technician, Building Maintenance Mechanics (3), Groundskeeper, Central Services Clerk, and Custodial Workers (8). This is a 12-month position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm.
Paid Time Off Annually: 20 holidays, 15 vacation days, 18 sick days, and 5 personal leave days
Retirement System: New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS)
Health Insurance: 20% of premiums paid by employee. BOCES pays 80% of premium.
