Minimum Starting Salary: $54,000

Location: CV-TEC, Plattsburgh Campus

Anticipated Start Date: March 2, 2026

Position Information: 182 workdays, 10-Month Per Year Position, follows school calendar

Paid Time off: School holidays off, snow days off, 15 sick days, 4 personal leave days and
3 bereavement days per occurrence

Retirement System: New York State Teacher’s Retirement System (NYSTRS)

Health Insurance: 14% of premiums paid by employee. BOCES pays 86% of premium.

• CEWW health insurance consortium is the same as 15 local school districts.

Requirements for position: Holds or ability to obtain NYSED CTE Certification in Culinary Careers 7-12. Minimum of 4 years documented work experience in the field OR minimum of 2 years documented work experience in the field and a related associate’s degree or higher.
