Minimum Starting Salary: $52,500

Raises per contract are: 2025-2026: $2,925,  2026-2027: $2,500,  2027-2028: 2,500, 2028-2029: $2,500

Longevity payments (added to base salary after raise): $1,500 after year 5, $1,500 after year 10

Health Insurance Buyout: $1,500 per year

Location: CV-TEC, Plattsburgh Campus

Anticipated Start Date: September 3, 2024

Position Information: 10-Month Per Year Position, follows school calendar

Paid Time off: School holidays off, snow days off, 15 sick days, 4 personal leave days and
3 bereavement days per occurrence

Retirement System: New York State Teacher’s Retirement System (NYSTRS)

Health Insurance: 14% of premiums paid by employee. BOCES pays 86% of premium.

  • CEWW health insurance consortium is the same as 15 local school districts.

Requirements for position:  NYS Teacher Certification: Business & Marketing 7-12 OR

Eligible for NYS Teacher Certification, Business CTE 7-12 https://eservices.nysed.gov/teach/certhelp/search-cert-reqs

Minimum two (2) years of experience in the field (business/marketing)
