Cost: $225 per person for schools participating in the CVES 506 School Improvement Co-Ser, based on 20 participants
Description: Gain valuable insights from teaching professionals on various aspects of music education, including musical repertoire, instrument-specific techniques, and strategies for building a beginning band. Engage in compelling discussions between We Are Instrumental and regional teachers to explore the best approaches for music selection, technical skills, and program development. Additionally, attend a session featuring a special guest from D’Addario, who will share strategies for establishing or expanding a beginning band program and integrating social-emotional learning plans to support students in the post-pandemic environment. Lastly, meet with the Directors of Technical Services and Audio Engineering from the Arthur Zankel Music Center to discuss audio, lighting, rigging, and design solutions for your music program.
