Presenters: Eric Bell, Assistant Superintendent of Management Services; Vicki Giroux, Benefits Director; Joe Coakley, Director of Labor Relations; and various other leaders.
Description: This is a one-day leadership training event for supervisors working in school districts or BOCES leading non-instruction staff members. This training is designed to build leadership skills in topics such as communication, labor relations, employee motivation, hiring, and getting the most out of employees you supervise. This training is perfect for new and experienced individuals who are in a civil service position of leadership in schools. The presenters will share best practices, share experiences, facilitate discussions, and answer questions.
Target Audience: Directors of Facilities, Transportation Directors, Cafeteria Managers, Business Officials, etc.
