Description: This professional development training is designed for equipping participants with advanced skills in restorative practices and pair-up techniques to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational environment. We will be learning innovative strategies aimed at enhancing student engagement, collaboration, and learning through structured peer interactions.
Participants will delve into the practical applications of these approaches, gaining insights from evidence-based research and real-world examples. The training emphasizes a hands-on approach, encouraging active participation and reflection to ensure that attendees can effectively implement these strategies in their classrooms. By integrating restorative practices with pair-up
techniques, educators will be able to create a cohesive, empathetic, and dynamic learning environment that supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all students.
Target Audience: Teachers, School Counselors, Teaching Assistants, any school staff working with Grades PreK-5
