Adult Education Programs

Adult Education Course CatalogueCV-TEC is pleased to enroll adults of all ages in its daytime Career And Technical Education (CTE) Programs. Programs and courses may be viewed online or by downloading CV-TEC's latest Adult Education Course and Program Guide. Adult learners have two options for daytime career programs:

Adult Full Day Enrollment: CV-TEC offers adult students the opportunity to enroll full time (am and pm sessions) in its regular CTE Programs. Click here for details about tuition costs and financial aid.

Adult 1/2 Day Enrollment: CV-TEC provides 1/2 Day CTE Enrollments for those adults who are Medical Careersenrolled in a GED program, who may be employed, or who benefit from either a morning or an afternoon learning experience. Click here for details about tuition costs and financial aid.

CV-TEC Evening Courses and Specialized Programs

CV-TEC makes a variety of technical courses available throughout the academic year. Adult Education Courses are offered to adult students during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Tractor-trailer Driving SchoolCDL Class A Tractor Trailer Driving School

Each year dozens of adults earn their CDL Class A License from CV-TEC's Tractor Trailer Driving School. This flexible and affordable, 60-hour licensing program is designed to provide candidates with the hands-on training experience necessary to pass the NYS DMV Class A Driving Test. Workforce Initiatives

CV-TEC collaborates with colleagues in business and industry to provide employers, and employees with high quality, technical training opportunities. CV-TEC has also been an active participant in the regional Work Readiness Initiative promoted by the North Country WIB Board in collaboration with regional school districts.
