The SETRC office is located in the Champlain Valley Educational Services Center, Wm. A Fritz Center in Plattsburgh. SETRC serves Administrators, Educators, Chairpersons on the Committee for Special Education and Preschool Special Education (CSE/CPSE), Board of Education Members, Support Personnel, Parents, Local Agencies and Community Residents with the following:

The CVES SETRC provides these services to the following school districts within Clinton and Essex Counties and the Champlain Valley Educational Centers in Plattsburgh and Mineville.

CEWW SETRC also hosts the Regional SETRC position. The regional SETRC position covers the CEWW, FEH, and St. Lawrence BOCES. This position provides a variety of workshops in all three BOCES regions in the following areas:
