12:1:1 Community Integration

  • A full-day program, which focuses on transitioning students from school to adult living.
  • This program serves IEP students ages 17-21.
  • The three components of this program are advanced life skills, community language, and work experience.
  • Academics are addressed in a functional manner and incorporated into each theme project in a relevant format.
