12:1:1 Community Awareness

  • A full-day program, which provides services for IEP students, ages 14-17.
  • The four components of this program include functional academics, life skills, community awareness, and work experience.
  • Speech therapy is integrated into the classroom curriculum and provides opportunities for the students to practice effective communication strategies in a wide range of settings, as appropriate.
