8:1:1 STEP Program
- This program is an intensive developmental program focusing on children with severe speech/language/communication deficits. Classes are for children 5, 6, and 7 years of age whose MAPS (management, academic, physical, and/or social) needs are such that they are unable to function in a less-restrictive educational program within their home school district.
- In addition to the language-rich environment, the intent of the program is to provide academic content, which will allow the child to return to the least restrictive educational setting within their home school district with appropriate academic readiness skills.
- Language/Speech Therapy is included in tuition at a frequency of 5 x 30 minutes per week.
