8:1:1 Programs for Emotionally Disabled

  • These programs provide an intensive setting for the more severely emotionally disabled students from our component school districts. Students in these classes have social/ emotional needs that are most often characterized by impulsiveness, inattentiveness, oppositional defiant behavior, and/or withdrawn behaviors.
  • Two major components of the program include a strong behavior management system and crisis intervention. Counseling is included in the tuition at a frequency of 2 x 30 minutes per week.
