Workshop Description:

“No one listens anymore” has been the recent outcry for educators. This workshop will include a discussion of different styles of communication including: defining the way you communicate, how to accept other styles of communication, and the best methods of communicating with our students and parents.

Listening is a vital component of communicating.  Mike will focus on practical skills that you can put into practice to increase your listening power.

He will include information on what causes conflict in people’s lives and how we can understand those keys as well as learn strategies and techniques to control our reaction to others.
