2012 CVES Regional Spelling Bee - March 2 @ 6:00 pm
The 2012 CVES Regional Spelling Bee, co-sponsored by the Press-Republican, will be held at Seton Catholic Central School, 206 New York Road in Plattsburgh, on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Snow date is Saturday, March 3 at 2:00 pm.
Home schooled students are welcome to participate. Please contact George Rock at the Press-Republican for details.
Last year's Grand Champion, Leo Lee of Seton Catholic School, also won a trip to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, DC on June 1-2. All travel expenses for the Grand Champion and his chaperone will be paid by the Press-Republican and the North Country Parents for the National Spelling Bee.
