Customer Service & Computer Training

Are you interested in a career in customer service? Do you need to improve your computer skills? Be part of a new and exciting short term training opportunity offered through the OneWorkSource and the Community Computer and Employment Resource Center.
Participants will prepare to take the National Retail Federation’s National Professional Certification in Customer Service and participate in an employment event.
Dates: January 24th – February 16th
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: OneWorkSource & Plattsburgh Public Library
Cost: Valued at $450 (includes all materials and testing fees)
