Security & Law Enforcement Program

The field of Security and Law Enforcement is fast-paced where students learn fingerprinting, handcuffing, investigative methods, crime prevention and detection, laws of arrest and emergency response. An emphasis is placed on teaching sound decision making skills and good judgment.

A New York State Pre-Assignment Security Certification is incorporated in the curriculum.

This program is available at the Plattsburgh Campus.

This program is a NYSED CTE Approved Program.

Students enrolled in this program are eligible to earn integrated academic credit toward graduation and the CTE Endorsement (Advanced Designation in Career and Technical Education) on their High School Diploma.
