This one-year program offers extensive training in legal office procedures, legal terminology, Speedwriting and dictation, Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, switchboard training, office machines and much more. Students will be qualified for a wide range of career opportunities in the legal field.
They will be able to find jobs with police departments, public health department, attorneys, private investigators, banks and investment firms.
This program is available at the Plattsburgh Campus.
Students enrolled in this program are eligible to earn integrated academic credit toward graduation and the CTE Endorsement (Advanced Designation in Career and Technical Education) on their High School Diploma.
